B-Moved Yoga is practitioner-empowered experience anchored in familiar yoga asana, infused with functional considerations and playful yet educational exploration, and tethered to subtle yoga philosophy.

My hope is that practitioners will embody the practice of yoga in their own non-dogmatic way, to glean what they need from my teachings, and relinquish the remainder.
